Terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Booking: All bookings are Saturday to Saturday (arrive Saturday, leave the following Friday). The holiday is confirmed as booked when you receive written confirmation that the booking instruction, together with the full balance has been received.

 

2. Payment: The full amount should be paid immediately on confirmation that your requested dates are available. Until the payment has been made, we reserve the right to re-book the apartment to other parties.

 

3. Correspondence: All correspondence shall take place between Johanne Ramsden and the party leader. He/she shall be responsible for all payments for the party as a whole.

 

4. Cancellations: Must be notified in writing to Johanne Ramsden by email.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

• Up to 6 weeks before departure – loss of 50% of holiday cost.

• Within 6 weeks of departure – loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.

 

5. Damages: Any damages must be paid for in full, prior to leaving the chalet.
